How fast can you get to me?
In Cape Coral and Fort Myers we usually get there in under 30 minutes. It depends on where you are and the time of day, so tell us your location and we'll give you an arrival time when you call or text. We answer around the clock, including the middle of the night.
Are you really open 24/7?
Yes. We take calls and texts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights and weekends.
Can I text instead of calling?
Yes. Text (239) 888-7001, or use the request form. It writes the text for you, including your GPS location if you allow it.
What should I do while I wait?
Move yourself and your passengers away from traffic if you can, turn on your hazard lights and keep your phone nearby. If anyone is hurt, call 911 first.
Can I ride in the tow truck?
Yes, one passenger can ride in the truck with the driver. Let us know when you call.

How much does a tow cost?
It depends on the distance, the vehicle and the situation. Call or text with where you are, where it's going and what you drive, and we'll give you a quote.
What payment do you take?
Card, cash and Zelle.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes, when your vehicle is going to G.L.O. Auto Repair, the body shop we work with. Coverage depends on your policy, so tell us your insurance company when you call.
Do you work with a body shop?
Yes. We work with G.L.O. Auto Repair, an independent body and paint shop in Cape Coral. We tow your car straight there and work with your insurance company. If you prefer another shop, tell us which one and we'll take it there.

Where do you tow?
Most of our calls come from Cape Coral and Fort Myers, but we tow anywhere in Florida, including long-distance tows between cities.
What vehicles do you tow?
Cars, SUVs, pickups, vans and motorcycles, from light-duty to heavy-duty. Bigger vehicles like box trucks and RVs too, as long as the tires fit on our truck. We also haul equipment like forklifts, backhoes and track loaders. Tell us what you drive and we'll confirm.
Does my car need a flatbed?
All-wheel-drive and 4x4 vehicles, lowered cars, classics, luxury cars and anything with drivetrain damage usually ride best on a flatbed. Tell us the vehicle and we'll recommend the safest option.
